Users can recommend videos that they enjoyed watching to other users, add friends, and subscribe to their favorite channels. Dailymotion introduced ‘Fingerprinting’ in 2007. The feature is meant to reduce violation of copyright. It scans a video’s soundtrack and detects copyrights. In the same year, Dailymotion introduced its web app on iPhone and ‘wap SFR’ in France. It improved on the video resolution and the quality of audio. The application is now available for Windows phones, Android mobile operating systems, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows 10. It has been banned in India, Kazakhstan, and Russia.

Veoh is an internet TV company. Users can use the site to watch studio content, user-generated videos, or independent productions. There are two viewing options. A user may stream content from the web. They may also use a software application that is remote-controllable. The software application is called VeohTV Beta. Users can watch videos on Veoh from their iPhone, iPad touch, or iPad. Veoh provides its users with a variety of videos to watch. Users can watch full-length movies and TV shows. However, it does not enable viewers that are outside the United States to watch TV shows.
