Can't login as an admin

Hello, I'm having a problem...I just set up php motion and all, and after updating the settings I try to go to my site to login so I can upload videos and I keep getting this message....!ERROR - Incorrect login
What could be wrong? I even tried to get it to send me an email and it never sent and said I wasn't a user!

I saw this topic posted but I never saw the solution for it......

After setup you can login as admin at yoursite.com/siteadmin/ using admin:admin

To upload you will need to create a normal user account though.

I just tried that and now it's given me a broken link that was sent to my email. The link is saying "NOT FOUND"
