Running Dedicated DELL server,

You need to re-upload config.php in BINARY.  :)

hi, can i get some help as well, i'm getting the same error and i uploaded the scripts in binary as well.  here's a link to my php info

I don't know if you all can see this, or if I can only see it since I"m logged on.  But my host is GoDaddy.

Are you on a dedicated server or VPS?  GoDaddy doesn't support PHPmotion on shared hosting plans.

thanks, i figured it had something to do with my hosting plan, i was getting such a headache trying to install it i just canceled my hosting with them and decided to go with cirtex for the one-click install

I understand you can say it's the host and to upload in binary. But can you say what causes the issue so we can work on fixing it.

I have never had a issue installing a script on this server until now. It runs 12 sites all script based. All work but this one. PHP Version 5.2.6 apache 2.2

The server is Linux and cpanel. The most common hosting set up on the planet.

I deleted the file. And uploaded it through cpanel's file manager.

So this issue is caused by FTP. Use cpanel's file manager or a different ftp program.

Hi I was having the same problem with my site when my host upgraded to PHP5
but then I just had to changed the extension_directory in php.ini file and set its path to phpshield folder in my www folder and it worked fine.

I have tried to delete and redo the steps again but also not succeeded.

Please advice.
