My server do not accept that when i ask they say its dangerous.

There's nothing dangerous related to phpShield, especially because you don't have to install it on your server... You just have to copy-paste and interpreter which is included in the phpshield directory on your PHPmotion installation kit... I don't understand why your host says it's dangerous maybe, as inmotion said, it's time to change hosts...

I'm still getting that error, even after uploading the stated files in binary mode.

SOLVED.

If you're running a 64bit system you need to download the 64bit loaders from phpshield.com and upload them to where the phpmotion ones are.

Apache version   2.2.8 (Unix)
PHP version   5.2.5
MySQL version   4.1.22-standard-log
Architecture   i686
Operating system   Linux

I still get the error:

I am having the same problem.  I've tried installing the 64-bit versions and ran through a bunch of threads here with suggestions - all to no avail.

I've also double checked that safe mode is off and enable_dl is on in the php.ini file.

Same problem here.  Someone suggested uploading phpshield.lin file into the classes folder, but that did not work for me.

I'm looking for someone who can tell me how to install the phpSHIELD loader on my server. I went to http://www.phpshield.com/loaders/ but theirs nothing that tells you how to install it it just has a list of phpSHIELD loaders to download.

The host I have says they can't help me because it's not part of the standard cPanel install and it is such not part of our scope of support. So can anyone here help me?

I'm not shure why PHP Motion has the phpSHIELD in their software they should be using something that is part of the standard cPanel install like IonCube most software sites use IonCube because most servers already have the IonCube Loader if they don't have it their host/data center can install it easy because since it's part of the standard cPanel install the only thing you need ot do to install it on your server is to run Apache Update.

There is PDF documentation on the PHPshield web site that explains how to install the loader, but it's partway through, somewhere around page 12-13, if I remember correctly.
