20meg limit on video file! which file can u change this?

I would have thought this to be in the admin panel but I can't find an option to up the size of each video
thats uploaded. Someone must know on here!

In file uu_default_config.pm there is a line that looks like this
max_upload               => 20971520,
The number up there represents 20 megs changing it to 104857600 would be 100 megs double that number would be 200 megs and so on...

just aslong as somebody points me in the right direction i'm quite good!
