play count with IP Address 'views:(9)'

I would like to make the views:(9)  more accurate.

Is it possible to make this value (9) that it gets couted by IP Adress ?

Because right now it does a +1 each time you refresh your screen and it makes some videos viewed many times, even if it's only 1 user that refresh his screen.

Any Idea?
