to be honest, first I've planed to use PHPMotion with adult site because didnt see term and condition, then when I have been here and looked at it, I made this topic because I thought it better than do something to break the rule. PHPMotion is a free nice script then we need to respect to the one who created this script too

Then I stopped that adult site and to be honest again I havent uninstall the script yet but the site have nothing I'm planing to remove the script later because I just got adult script, but I feel more comfortable to following PHPMotion's rule and building kids site instead  ;D

Just out of interest, what's wrong with PHPMotion being used for porn sites?

Because it's against the software terms.  http://phpmotion.com/content/view/44/190/

I guess the problem is there is no links to the T&C as far as I can find before you download the script?

Where is http://phpmotion.com/content/view/44/190/ linked from before you download the script?

I have had to remove porn from my sites, I find it every now and then. I personally don't want to watch it.

There is soft ware that will give you an instant porn site if that is what you want. You don't  phpmotion or een need to store the videos on your server.

The terms are displayed on the first page during installation of the script.

I thought of a solution, if you really want to prevent phpmotion from being used as porn you should set a price, a ridiculously high price for a license to use for a porn, like let say $50,000, no one would pay that much, but the important part is in the case someone uses phpmotion with out the license you have a basis to sue them from, for $50,000, which I doubt anyone would want to pay, they would probably switch scripts from the mere treat of a lawsuit, you could even settle for like $500 and their commitment to switch video scripts. Am not a lawyer so you should consult one first but it would seem to work. You would probably have to see if that would constitute discrimination against a type of business
