No, you cant use it for adult sites even with no branding, you are welcome to use it for any of your other compliant projects

If someone does run phpmotion on an adult site, how is inmotion or anyone going to find out if your running it on an adult site?

it took me 10 minutes the other day to fine 10+ sites, every site needs to promote itself to be successfull and the first step is usually search engines or dropping links - so just search on a well known search engine, try 'adult phpmotion' 'porn phpmotion' etc etc

I'm sure when someone de-brands they have it on record and are able to even check that site periodically to make sure that they are doing no bad deeds

With de-branding, it's not as bad because visitors don't see the "Powered Free by phpMotion". That's one thing, but a site with adult content that leaves the "Powered by" link on their site has a direct reflection on phpMotion - Because it's advertised on the site.

I sent a personal message to inmotion last week regarding this, i sent him a list with 29 adult sites running phpmotion  some of which have found a way to hide/remove the phpmotion tag at the bottom of the page.

i only got to around page 11 and i found 29 so you see finding the sites is not the issue its stopping the sites using the script that is the problem.

yeah, I believe i ran into a script guide for adult sites which did recommend to use phpmotion, google that, however, very simple to remove the ads of bottom, all they do is add a layer :-P
