How To Add A New Infomation Box In Register Page?

Hello I want to add a new infomation box in the register page and have the infomation typed there be sent to the admin section with the new users details. So when I check a user's details in the admin area I will see this infomation there.

This is mega important and if its been done before then please either PM me or reply with the link the area in this forum. I have looked but can't find anything.
