Upload Error
« on: August 17, 2010, 09:45:15 PM »
I'm really struggling with this application.  The only way I can add Channels is to do it via phpMyAdmin.

I have uploaded a total of three videos but can't upload anymore.  I have tried .mp4 and .mov of the same video.  They are 26 MB and I have my settings to accept up to 100 MB.

The error I'm getting is Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@christiangays.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks!
Mary

Channels? Video Categories?

Does your siteadmin work?

http://<insert_your_ste>/siteadmin/categories_videos.php

Do you have a .htaccess file in the html directory?

To see, ssh into the server and type 'ls -la'.

Any messages in the web server logs? Php error logs?

Hope it helps.

You definitely have something messed up with the .htaccess. Possibly an incorrect rule. You can post the .htaccess contents here.
