What is the video frame size for this template?

I want to export videos in production to match the frame size in this template so they don't have to be resized. What is the best frame size to use with this template?

Anyone know what the frame size I should set so my videos do not have to be streatched?

I also need to set that size in my admin panel as it is currently set to 480x360.
