I have downloaded and placed the files in my htdocs of an apache web server. When I try to do the setup it gives me the PHPSHIELD error, I have read the wiki on PHPSHIELD and it does not help. Since I am on my own server I don't need to upload in binary. The PHPSHIELD directory is there so it should work.
Any ideas?
