BBC Forum Code: Problems

Question  is any one else having trouble getting the BBC Forum Code to work.
V3 forum code worked fine , but I cannot get code to work on any Vbulletin forum that I have tried since upgrade.

Any ideas?

Correction it does work .
The issue with tested videos was  because I was using a video swiper mod that does not seem to create player thumb images.
