I'm currently experiencing a problem with my site in that half the time I get encoding errors.
I upgraded FFMPEG a couple of months ago and get 100% reliability with WMV files, but some MPGs fail. When I reupload them, it works fine.
Happens on a huge variety of MPGs, so there isn't any hard and fast rule on the source files, and I can't work out why it fails the first time about 50%+ of the time, but does work the second time.
Anyone have any ideas? Experienced this problem?
