How Can I Add A New Data Entry Field In The Register Page?

Hi I would like to add a new field for a user to enter a paypal address when they register and for that address to then appear in the siteadmin/manage section under members. Does any one have any knowledge of making template changes like this?

Please pm me or post your reply I am willing to pay some money if the job is to complex to do myself.

Do you mean like an Ebay Buy it Now button with the members Paypal address attached to it?

Not quite I need to add a new Pay Pal Address section under the Email Address when a user creates a new account I have managed to do this but I need to make all the code work so the paypal address is sent to the admin area and can be viewed by myself when I look at the members details. Hope this is possible to do I have tried but the code is tricky any ideas how to go about doing this anyone?
