Cgi-bin folder in ASCII format installed. But I'm getting the same error. I tried the Internet explorer and firefox. have the same error. Do help

check cgi-bin folder. files in cgi-bin should be with 755 chmod

Make sure you chmod ALL files and directories within the cgi-bin folder to 755 as well.

Is there no further support than this for this error? I downloaded then uploaded this software to my localhost, then my remote server, and both return a 500 error. I do this for a living, so I am wondering what the heck is going on here? Your website makes this look like a great software, and I was extremely excited, to the point that if I can get it to work, I will install it on a job that I have been trying to complete with Joomla, and purchase a license, or make a donation. But I cannot even get the install pages to open. Is anyone there?

ummm i am facing with the same error with my domain si their a way you mod can fix this for me i will appreicate it  i changed all file and permission to 755 and i am styll getting error. when ever i click on upload tab or audio error 500

First re-upload all of your cgi-bin files in ascii transfer mode, and what's your url?
