Adobe Flash Outdated

I've been fighting with this for hours. I solved several problems I was having. I tried uploading an mpeg video. It uploaded and converted successfully. The only problem I am having is that the video player box is empty.
In the video box if I drag down like I was highlighting I see the following inside the video player box:
"Your Adobe Flash player may be outdated. Please Click Here to update to the latest Flash Player.
THUMB PATHS=>

http://www.fre5htv.us.to/uploads/thumbs/EpQlt0mczdUw5vywEg1e.jpg
"
What i have noticed is that it converts the video successfully and adds it to the Video page fine. Only problems is that the thumbnails are broken, and the video is not showing. I am using the default template and having this problem. You can see it for yourself at

Would appreciate the help. Thanks.

the bud lite video is there but there is no thumb. check the ch mod settings in your classes folder and make sure the cgi-bin folder was loaded in ASCII and modded to 755 I tried to sign up but the letters don't show the letters, so your settings have to be off.
also you server is not set for php motion

FFMPEG TEST failed
MENCODER TEST failed
you might want to get your host to fix that

For the chmod in the classes folder, what should those be set to?
Strangely enough, the ffmpeg is working because it created "EpQlt0mczdUw5vywEg1e.flv" so it did convert it properly on that part.
