Help: Uploaded Videos but not showing up!

I uploaded some videos and they never showed up I tried going to

To see what was wrong and it seemed my FFMPEG, FVLTOOL2, and Mencoder Failed.

Any idea on how do I fix this??
I use JustHost.com

How can I obtain this?

(I don't see the folder usr in my videofroobs directorie neither in public_html)

I see now that its in my BIN Folder but there's no folders or files containing FFMPEG... etc.

Hosts that advertise unlimited space and transfer don't generally allow or support PHPmotion... the system requirements are listed here:
