problem in the installation

I'm trying to install this program locally with EasyPHP but when I try open the page for the installation and gives me an error

I receive this email every time I download a file that is an encoding problem help me please!

it tells you whats wrong, => /usr/bin/mencoder: No such file or directory
either the path to mencoder is wrong or it is not installed, whats the site url?
