Moving video to another category

Does the moving videos from one category to another work for anyone? I have been trying and it does not work? could someone tell me what or how to do it?

in siteadmin go to manage video catagories then click move videos. highlite the video catagory in the top box that you want to move, then in the bottom box highlight the catagory you want to move the videos to and then click move videos.
It works for me.

well that's what I have been for last couple of days it does ask me whether I am sure about moving videos to another categpry and I click yes but at the end nothing get's moved. what could be the problem here? perhaps something with CHMOM? or uploading in one the auto,ascii,binary mode perhaps?
