Image Upload Dilemma

Ok,

So I'm trying to upload an image, and it gives me the following:

1 of your images was not processed, the image size must be at least 300 x 300

Now, below I have this on config.inc

$config['member_pic_minheight'] = '100';

I also check with Apt-Host, and they told me the following regarding PHP INI:

Dominigo,
There is no seperate "Picture Filesize Upload Limit" in php.ini]
There is a server-wide upload limit, which is 700M.

Also, the pics I'm trying to upload are less than 600 x 600......

So I'm really wondering what's wrong, I have to the latest update which is 9 / 1 / 2009......My site info is below:

Sounds like you're trying to upload an image that isn't high enough resolution...

Pic1 is 289x300, which is less than 300x300.
