Ok, so you've
searched the forum and did not find the answer to your problem. Now you are going to post a new topic, or reply to an existing topic. Here is the info that you should
always provide in your post.
What information to provide when posting a new topic or reply to an existing topic- Your site's URL: It makes it very difficult for us to provide help if we can not see your site so that we can see for ourselves what is going on.
- Detailed description of the problem: No detail is to big or too small. If you are unsure if a piece of information is important to the problem or not, post it anyway. There is no such thing as too much information when asking for help.
- A test account: Provide a test username and password if the issue requires a person be logged into your site to see the problem (upload issues, profile issues, etc...). You can easily create a test account and then delete the account once your issue is resolved.
Where to post your question or issue- When creating a new topic, make sure to do it in the correct board. Don't post a V3 issue in the V2 board, and don't post a phpshield issue in the lounge etc... In other words, use common sense.
- Do not cross post. If more than one topic is found from you on your issue, all but one will be deleted so there is no point in posting multiple topics on your issue.
- Please do NOT PM any staff member(s) requesting support with PHPmotion. Chances are that someone else has had the same question or problem you are experiencing, and support via PM does the community no good. If it is something that needs to be addressed by staff, we will be able to find it there.
